In Treatment Season 4: Episode 1 and 2 Release Date and Updates

In Treatment Season 4 Updates: HBO’s In Treatment is coming back after 10 long years and for once we had assumed that the show was over. It was developed originally by Rodrigo García and shows daily sessions of Dr. Paul, a psychotherapist. Apart from his professional life, his own struggles have also been shown, and how he discussed them with his mentor Dr. Gina Toll. In Treatment Season 4 won’t be a continuation to the earlier seasons and instead would be completely different. Uzo Aduba will be seen playing the role of Dr. Brooke Taylor who will be the main lead this season.

Season 4 is brought to us by Jennifer Schuur and Joshua Allen who also serve as showrunners for the season. A new cast will be seen joining the show this season. Anthony Ramos, John Benjamin Hickey, Quintessa Swindell will be playing the roles of patients in the series. Brooke’s longtime friend Rita will be played by Liza Colón-Zayas and the role of her boyfriend Adam is played by Joel Kinnaman.

Previous Season Of In Treatment

In Treatment Season 4 is going to be completely different from its previous seasons. We can consider it a reboot or an extension of the previous seasons. The show originally focused on the story of Paul Weston, also a psychotherapist. In the first season, we saw him having sessions with his patients.

Through the third season, he was battling his self-doubts and inner demons. After ten years this all lead him to his mentor, Dr. Gina Toll. The finale of season 3 saw Paul agreeing to the fact that he needs to go out and make some friends instead of making friends with his patients. He just needed to go out in society so that he doesn’t feel lonely. All the three previous seasons are currently available to stream on HBO Max.
