Jupiter’s Legacy Trailer Sets Up Netflix’s Next Superhero Series From Mark Millar

Jupiter’s Legacy is arriving Netflix and the trailer has been released. It will be streaming on Netflix on May 7 and Netflix gave us the first look at its new superhero series, adapted from the comic book series of the same name.

In this new superhero series, the second generation of superheroes struggle as they are barely able to live up to the expectation their super powered parents left.

Steven S. Sang Kyu Kim took over show runner duties on Jupiter’s Legacy after DeKnight quit due to creative differences.

At the start of the Jupiter’s Legacy trailer a man says “Don’t you remember the island, and what we had to do to earn these powers?”.

Sheldon “Shel” Sampson questions  “Ninety years, and what do we have to show for it?”. Walter Sampson/ Brainwave (Ben Daniels) replies by saying that they have made a difference.

What his dad was like when he was younger asks Shel’s son Brandon Sampson/ Paragon (Andrew Horton). Brandon implies that the man he knew was never at home when he was a kid.

Chloe response was full of anger and she says, “No one can live up to the ideal, not even Dad”. Shel complains that they are nowhere near to being ready and that he’s doing all he can to keep the family from falling. From super speed, super reflexes, and energy manipulation we see all of this in play.

Jupiter’s Legacy is the project from Netflix’s 2017 when it acquired Millarworld, the comic book brand that was founded by Millar.

Millar is a veteran and has some of the most well-known comic books to his name some of them being Civil War and Old Man Logan for Marvel, which were then portrayed on the big screen as Captain America: Civil War and Logan, respectively.

Jupiter’s Legacy Star Cast:

In addition to some big names such as Duhamel, Daniels, Horton, and Kampouris, Jupiter’s Legacy also stars Leslie Bibb, Matt Lanter George Hutchene, and Mike Wade.

The Flare who is one of the main characters of Shel’s superhero team, David Julian Hirsh as Dr. Richard Conrad, Ian Quinlan, Tenika Davis, Grace Dzienny, Tyler Mane and Anna Akana .

DeKnight has directed the first two episodes of the series also also has been credited the first and last episode. Kyu Kim had worked on the sixth episode. According to our sources Jupiter’s  Legacy will have a total of eight episodes.
