Master of None Season 3 set to be release in May, 2021

Master of None Season 3 Updates: Master of None is back with its third season, which is set to premiere in May 2021. The comedy-drama follows the footsteps of a struggling actor, Dev Shah, a 30-year-old actor, mostly following his romantic, professional, and personal experiences, played by Aziz Ansari, who himself is the co-creator of the series along with Alan Yang. The cast also includes Eric Wareheim, Kelvin Yun, and Lena Waithe as Dev’s friends, while Noel Wells and Alessandra Mastronardi playing Dev’s romantic interests. The show has won three Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe. The series has brought many critics on the front shore and has received numerous nominations, and it has also acclaimed countless awards.

Now according to Slashfilm, news of the third season has surfaced and will arrive sooner than expected. According to the programs list released by Netflix, which is scheduled to air in May, Master of None is one amongst the others in that list. No additional information, regarding the storyline or the actual release date, has surfaced.

Master of None Season 3 Release Date

Production work began on a third season in early 2020 in London but was put on hold because of the COVID-19 pandemic By January 2021, production was getting ready to resume, with Naomi Ackie joining the cast.

The final scene of the second season ended on an open note showing Dev and his love interest Francesca lying next to each other in bed, looking at each other with unease, the former no longer wearing her engagement ring. The third season will take off addressing the events following the last season.

At the end of the season, when asked about the future seasons, Ansari had expressed that he needs a long time to get back with another season, he needs to make some changes in his personal life, he needs to get married and have a kid, and he got to be a different guy before writing the next season. So the fans will get to see how the changes in his personal life have been implemented in this third season of the Master of None.
