Supergirl Season 6: Will it be the final season? What will happen to Lena Luthor?

Supergirl Season 6 Updates:  It is the sixth and final season of THE SUPERGIRL and Katie McGrath’s desires for her character Lena Luthor’s seems to be increasing. SUPERGIRL is a drama, action based on the DC character kara Zor-el. This show has received positive popularity from the audience as well as the critics. In January 2020, the series was renewed for the sixth season and is supposedly the last season. The fans seem to be upset over the news that this is going to be the final season of a girl of steel, THE SUPERGIRL.

The cast has promised to the fans that this season will be like no other season and will possibly be given the best end. As the series is coming to an end, Katie hopes that her character, Lena Luthor gets acceptance and self-love.

In conversation with EW, Katie said about Supergirl Season 6,

“I really would like to see Lena come into full acceptance of who she is, that she’s fully accepted who she is, what she’s done, and who she is now… She’s not hung up about the bad parts of her, and she’s fully accepted the woman that she is, warts and all, and she believes that she is a good person. For me, that would be such a lovely wrapping up for Lena because she struggled so much with who she is. To finally just take a deep breath and go, ‘I’m enough, Lena is enough,’ and be happy for it.”

Previously her character has suffered from her dark side and mental repercussions, so now Katie feels that her character must come out of it and forgive her past mistakes and learn self-love.

McGrath’s desires for her characters will get fulfilled or not, which is not yet confirmed by her but she is certain that everyone is going to be satisfied with the end of the series.

She continued her explanation saying that “So when the show does finish, we have the privilege of being able to tell the ending. Our showrunners are amazing, and our writers are brilliant, and the idea that they’ve come up with, you will get an ending.”

WILL ANY CHARACTER OF Supergirl Season 6 DIE?

Will the superhero die at the end of Supergirl Season 6? There are speculations made about it but if that happens that would really be an impressive end to the series.
