Fantastic Beasts 3 New Character Name Announced

Fantastic Beasts 3 Updates: Fantastic Beasts 3 finally began filming in the UK recently, following a series of delays due to ongoing global events, and now, Eddie Redmayne has teased details of some of the action scenes that will appear in the highly awaited sequel.

While he isn’t allowed to go into too much detail, the actor does reveal that water will play a role in Newt Scamander’s future adventures.

These water-based scenes were originally intended to be shot during the summer, but due to the global situation, Eddie Redmayne has instead found himself immersed in the cold waters of a British winter.

Due to the secrecy surrounding the plot of Fantastic Beasts 3, Redmayne is unable to reveal much more, but the sequence will undoubtedly feature some sort of mystically magical underwater creature.

Following a production delay, Eddie Redmayne returns as Newt Scamander, Jude Law as Dumbledore, Ezra Miller as Credence, Alison Sudol as Queenie Goldstein, Dan Fogler as Jacob Kowalski, and Katherine Waterston as Tina Goldstein in Fantastic Beasts 3.

J.K. Rowling is the author of the Harry Potter series. Rowling and Steve Kloves are writing the scripts, and David Yates is directing the film for the second time.

Mads Mikkelsen, who starred in Hannibal, will play the villain Gellert Grindelwald in the film. Following the firing of Johnny Depp, Mikkelsen was cast in the role, which he had previously played in both the 2016 film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and the 2018 sequel Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.

Fans were stunned to learn that Depp had been asked by Warner Bros. to step down from the role of the central villain, and the decision has been widely panned, despite the fact that Mikkelsen is the ideal replacement.

Mikkelsen has given some insight into how the character of Grindelwald will change and how the switch will be accomplished since being cast in the role. “Well, it’ll be me, so that’ll be a difference,” the actor said.

“No, this is where it gets complicated. We’re still figuring things out. Between what Johnny did and what I’m trying to do, there has to be a link.

I still have to make it my own at the same time. But we also need to find a few bridges and links [to the previous version of the character] so that it doesn’t entirely detach from what he’s already accomplished.” On July 15th, 2022, Fantastic Beasts 3 will be released in theatres.
