Charmed Season 3 Updates: The CW revealed new details of the plot and photos from an upcoming episode of the Charmed reboot of the network, warning that Someone’s Going to Die in the title.

Season 3 of Charmed was recently announced to pick up where Season 2 started, with The Charmed Ones attempting to find out how to get back their powers and preserve their sisterhood together.

Including the Charmed Ones (Melonie Diaz, Madeleine Mantock, and Sarah Jeffery), Harry (Rupert Evans), as well as Melinda McGraw as Vivienne, the photographs show characters scheduled to star in the episode.

A Season 3 trailer showed that despite having them taken away, the Charmed Ones are still without their powers. Despite this, to help avert the destruction of all sorcery, the sisters would be assembling their greatest allies.

The synopsis for Somebody’s Going to Die suggests that Harry and Macy have confidence problems over one of those future allies. Because of the coronavirus pandemic, Charmed was one of several shows on The CW that was forced to close down production last spring.

Although shooting for the new season resumed this fall, owing to a positive test result and further test result delays, production was shut down in Vancouver for a couple of days in October, and again for one day in November.

The fifth season of Riverdale, the second season of Batwoman, the sixth season of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, and the sixth and final season of Supergirl were additional film plans disrupted or postponed by the pandemic.

Following a week’s break, Riverdale and Batwoman were able to resume shooting. After original Charmed stars Rose McGowan and Holly Marie Combs seemed to make fun of the show on Instagram, actor Sarah Jeffrey defended the revival last year.

You know, I saw this before, and I didn’t say anything, and Jeffery replied on Twitter. It was safer, I thought, to just let them scream into the abyss.

Yet I do like to add that I find it sad and, very honestly, pathetic to see the actions of grown women. Sarah Jeffery, Madeleine Mantock, Melonie Diaz, Rupert Evans, Valerie Cruz, Ser’Darius Blain, and Ellen Tamaki are all adorable stars. It airs at 8 p.m. on Fridays.
