Fear the walking dead star Alexa Nisenson received death ththreats from her fan after her character killed a fan favorite survivor on the walking dead spin-off. at the time Nisenson was 11 years old and she said she wasn’t fully prepared for anticipated backlash over the death of leading character Nike clerk (Frank Dillane). Nike is shot dead by Charles in season 4 of the show “goods out here”.

“I didn’t know that charlie killing nick was gonna happen when I joined the show. I found out when I opened the script and I was like o my gosh. I was shocked I did not see this coming at all. I thought I was gonna be out after I think it was supposed to be five or maybe six episodes. ” Nisenson told.

Nisenson has been expecting some of the threat for triggering to the fans favorite character. and after reading the script she knows the fan’s reaction “was going to be what it was,” but she says “I don’t think so I was fully prepared for what it actually was.”

“I was like, alright I’m going to do a couple of episodes and then be out,” she said “But I m so grateful because it’s been such an incredible journey, and I m so grateful to be here and be a series regular.”

Since then charlie has become the little sister of Alicia, who is the last reaming survivor since the first season of the show and also one of the most popular characters from the show. but for the viewers who love the show, it’s been challenging for them to accept Alexa instead of Chalie.

I think for me it was definitely challenging when it became personal and people were threatening me,” the now 14-year-old actress said. It definitely got really personal for a while, and that was scary. I was definitely not expecting it to go to the level that it was at.”
