Mike The Situation Sorrentino: First Mike Sorrentino was issued a warning in writing as he only completing a fraction of his 500-hour community service. Now, speculations are that he would get jail time or not.
He completed only 18 out of 500 required hours of community service. Mike was given this community service punishment because he evaded tax.
He was also given a written warning by the authority this time. The question that arises is what is the worst that will come from this situation?
Mike has already served his time in prison last year, so he won’t be serving any more jail time. There are few reasons for this, as it is a community service and he has two years to complete it.
Even one year after he released, he has around 400 hours of community service to complete. His probation officer apparently is not glad.

He wanted to complete his community service work in August 2020, however, because of COVID-19 issues, he did not do it. After the written warning, the judge yelled at him and told him to do his work. The violations are not good.
Is another jail time possible?
No, it is not possible according to Chapter 7 of the Federal Sentencing guideline. One is graded based upon the level of his offense. Since he has no criminal history other than this offense, his maximum would be three to nine months if the court wanted to impose jail time.
His service time can be extended also. He also agreed to periodic drug testing throughout the two-year supervised release and was ordered to pay a $10,000 fine as well as $123,913 as restitution for his tax fraud.
Mike, who is currently expecting his first child with his wife Lauren Pesce, still has time to complete his 500 hours of community service — he just needs to speed it up.
