You Season 3 Adding 12 New Character to the Cast

You Season 3 Updates: Netflix series ‘You’ is a twisty relationship drama that has had the previous two seasons. Netflix has finally announced that Your third season filming has begun.

It is a trashy and compelling thriller, which Netflix acquired from US cable channel Lifetime, and then it became a massive streaming hit.

Netflix sometimes acquires shows from other networks and gives commissions for further seasons. You is one example of that and other shows like Lucifer, Designated Survivor with Kiefer Sutherland were also brought by Netflix in the same way.

When can we get the release date of You Season 3?

It was previously announced that You are coming back for a 2021 release date. The news was delivered by an announcement in which star Penn Badgley was in a mask. We think that You’s season 3 will release around Spring 2021 or later.

You season three is one of the several popular Netflix series that’s gone back to filming after a suspension due to the pandemic.

Shows like The Witcher season 3 and Stranger Things season 4 have begun filming again and will set the streaming service up for a potentially huge 2021 for originals.

Penn Badgley plays the role of Joe Goldberg in this show who is a bookstore worker and has an unfortunate habit of becoming obsessed with the women he becomes infatuated with.  54 million people watched season 2 of the show. Although the plot has not been revealed for season three, we will see lots of twists.

Victoria Pedretti who was last seen in The Haunting of Bly Manor on Netflix also stars in the show.

We don’t know much about the third season, but actor Scott Speedman has joined the cast in October 2020.
