You Season 3 Filming finished for Netflix show

You Season 3 Updates: You is an psychological thriller television series created by Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble. Produced by Warner Horizon Television, in association with Alloy Entertainment and A&E Studios, the first season is based on the 2014 novel by Caroline Kepnes.

The first season, has  stars  catalogue of Penn Badgley, Elizabeth Lail, Luca Padovan, Zach Cherry, and Shay Mitchell. For the second season, Ambyr Childers was also included in regular, joining newly cast Victoria Pedretti, James Scully, Jenna Ortega, and Carmela Zumbado.

The first season follows the story of a bookstore manager named Joe Goldberg, who upon meeting, an aspiring writer named Guinevere Beck , becomes obsessed with her. He uses social media and other technology to track her and remove any hinderance from their romance.

In the second season, Joe Goldberg moves to a new city in order to escape his past and starts over with a whole new identity. Then he meets a chef Love Quinn and  begins falling into his old deceitful methods. As Joe attempts to forge a new love he is willing to make his relationship with Love succeed at all costs to avoid the fate of his past romantic endeavors.

You Season 3 Production

The filming of this popular thriller has officially been finished their shoot for season 3. The first season of the show streamed back in 2018, and the second season was released in 2019.

The production of the third season began in February last year but got delayed due to prolonging condition of coronavirus.

You’s official Twitter handle announced the wrapping up of productions with a picture of lead actor Penn Badgley in a chair and a caption stating, “Don’t worry, we have eyes on Joe at all times.”

Sera Gamble, the creator of the series also tweeted and she added that the filming went ahead during the uprising mayhem of COVID-19 cases in Los Angeles at the start of the year and that the team had zero tolerance for any positive cases.

Gamble also teased about the upcoming season by saying that the episodes are bonkers and the performances are commendable.

Based on novels by Caroline Kepnes, You dwells into the mind of Joe Goldberg and his intentions and obsession with a woman who has no clue what kind of chaos she is walking into.
