Elisabeth explained how she finds a similarity between the Hulu series and real-life ‘disheartening’ in that particular scene.

“I don’t know if shocks are the right word for me personally, it’s more disheartening for me I suppose, or heartbreaking, you know thinking back to that scene Yvonne [Strahovski] and I did at Lincoln memorial,” she said.

“I know how special it was for us creatively and how much we enjoyed doing it and what it stood for, and being in that space.

She continued speaking to Film Independent: “Obviously, it was not broken down, that was done with VFX, so we actually got to be in the space, and how special and sacred that felt and so it’s just very bizarre,”

Though, Serena Joy is currently behind the bars in Canada for her crime including forcing June to have sex with Nick which led to Nichole’s birth. It will be interesting to see whether Serena Joy will evade justice or June’s husband will retain the custody of Nichole.

Talking about the development of her character, she said, “Personally I’m very happy with the season and with June’s journey.

“No, well, I feel like this is gonna sound like a line but I think trying to predict as an audience where the season is going – you’re never going to get it!”

The production for season 4 has already resumed after the gap imposed by the global pandemic. Till then you can watch the previous three seasons which are now streaming on Amazon Prime Video and Now TV and we will keep updating you about season 4.
