Sandition Season 2 Updates: PBS Series new show, Sanditon is currently one of the most loved TV shows. Adapted from Jane Austin’s unfinished novel, this show has everything that is needed in an 18th-century drama.

Spirits of romance and suspense help it acquire its taste and quality. On a sad note, only 8 episodes from the series have been aired so far and the viewers are really desperate for some more.

But unfortunately, PBS reported that there has not been enough budget for the renewal f the second season. Till then let us sneak a peek at the cast which has helped the show to reach the heights of glory.

Downton Abbey

The character of Sydney is played by Theo James who can also be spotted in Downtown Abbey. Theo enacts the role of Mr. Kemal Pamuk, who has his attention drawn on Mary Crawley, the eldest daughter of Earl of Ganthum.

Portraying the air around the 19th century, Downtown Abbey is focused on a royal family along with their servants of Yorkshire in the estate of Downtown Abbey.  It has all the flavors of classic, drama, and romance in it, which makes it a successful Sandition rebound.

Divergent

Theo is also repeated in the dystopian action series, Divergent. It stars a girl who sets her mind to move on to a foreign faction so s to learn looming war. Here too Theo plays a very intrinsic role which will make you fancy about him all day long.

Reign

Rose Williams, who is an important character in Sandition also has a very prominent role to play in Reign as the French princess Claude de Valois. This TV  series is basically intrigued by the life of Mart, Queen of Scotts.

A Quiet Passion

Rose Williams has already tried out her skills once again in the film of the beloved American Poet, Emily Dickenson. It displays her journey right from a tender, schoolgirl to a successful poet. She has played Emily’s sister’s role as Vinny Dickenson.

Ordeal by Innocence

Adapted from Agatha Christie’s novel, it leaves behind all other family dramas. Crystal Clarke, who enacts the role of the teacher in Sandition, stars as the daughter in this drama. It is all about a murdered philanthropist and his adopted son being accused of the ordeal.

Love Actually

Krish Marshall who enacted Tom Parker in Sandition, has played a prominent part in Love Actually. This movie shows us the life of 8 different couples and their encounter with different issues on a regular basis.

Upstairs, Downstairs

The intellectual lady of Sandition, starring Anne Reid, has an important contribution in the remake of British Drama, Upstairs, Downstairs. Similar to Downtown Abbey, this film also centers around the dramatic life of 2 servants (downstairs) and the aristocratic Bellamy family( upstairs).
