Lucifer Season 6 Updates: What is it that you desire? That’s what the devil himself wants to know. Walking on the streets of LA wearing Prada and for a change, solving crimes. That’s what Netflix’s Lucifer is all about. In this series, the devil himself is helping an LAPD detective in solving crimes where he falls in love with the detective herself.
The show has had 4 very successful seasons and recently Netflix aired half of Season 5. The fans went crazy all over again. While the audience is waiting for the second part of Lucifer Season 5, the show successfully got renewed for its last and final season 6.
The production has planned to grace us with the devil’s presence one last time in season 6 and plan to release the season in 2021.
The fans are very well aware of the show being on the brink of cancellation. On the other hand, coming back to life not once but twice. Due to this, the last season is said to shortened to only 10 episodes, and no signs of the show getting any more than that.
Season 6 of Lucifer is all set to release in 2021 but the shoot and production completely depend on where the pandemic situation leaves. Also, with the availability and participation of the entire Lucifer family.
The production of the season finale of season 5 halted due to the pandemic. The cast returned to shoot on 24th September. The second half of season 5 is all set to release by Christmas at the least but no official date has announced for this.
Looking at the release of season 5 and how it goes from there, the production of season 6 will start and we should be viewing the final season of this mind-blowing series by end of 2021. This is a bittersweet moment for all the Lucifer fans out there as they are happy about getting another season. But also sad that it’s the end of an era for them.
The detective and the devil will be missed but the viewers cannot wait to see them again; first in the second half of season 5 and later in the series finale of season 6.
