On March 20, Modrovich shared a photo of the rehearsal for the last scene of the series, where Tom Ellis and Lauren German can be seen at the LUX. The co-showrunner confessed that she cried when she saw the actors in this test.

And on March 29, the recordings officially ended. “Today is the day. Six years ago I started a journey with the most incredible group of people and today we say goodbye with love. With the last episodes of “Lucifer” in the post-production process, it is even possible that the sixth season will premiere in late 2021, but the safest bet is 2022.
