DC Comics is getting ready to introduce a new Supergirl in their superhero lineup.

DC Studios is currently looking for the perfect actress to play Supergirl in James Gunn’s upcoming movie, Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.

Actresses Milly Alcock, Emilia Jones, and Meg Donnelly are being considered for the role.

James Gunn, who is a co-boss at DC Studios, is hands-on in the casting decisions.

Milly Alcock, who played the main character in HBO’s House of the Dragon, is supported by CAA, Shanahan Management, Entertainment 360, and Curtis Brown.

Emilia Jones, known for her roles in movies like Youth and Apple’s CODA, as well as the Netflix show Locke & Key

Meg Donnelly, who is represented by Gersh and Silver Lining Entertainment, is known for her acting in Disney Channel’s Zombies series.

Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow is a story based on a graphic novel by Tom King.

In this story, Kara Zor-El, also known as Supergirl, goes on a space journey to mark her 21st birthday.
