Jennifer Lopez gave an interview recently to LIVE with Kelly and Mark talk show. She talked about how she is feeling like she is in her prime and has been in the best shape of her life, the thinnest she has ever been.

JLo referred to it as her Fighting Shape and told that the reason she has achieved this shape is her exhaustive dancing sessions while shooting for Kiss of the Spider Woman.

The Grammy winner also mentioned that her new healthy shape will certainly help her in her upcoming tour, being in shape helps out while travelling to different places, singing and dancing becomes easy too, said JLo.

During the talk show, JLo also talked about how she is planning her tour and all minute details related to it, she said that she doesn’t want fans to feel bored for even a single second in her shows.
