“Jeff Probst” Says “Survivor Season 50” Coming Soon!

Here’s amazing news for all the fans of Survivor out there, time to fasten the seat belts as Season 50 of the series is already in the making.

Started 24 years ago in the year 2000, Survivor is a reality competition show that features several participants who engage in mental, physical and emotional battle to reign supreme as the Sole Survivor. Who ultimately wins the show and walks away with a whooping US$1 Million.

There are different versions of the show in different countries, and it was originally started in Sweden back in 1997.

However, the American version turned out to be a huge hit and generated huge amount of revenues. It also became top ten most-watched shows in history, and it was even nominated for 63rd Emmy Awards in different categories, and won in some of them, including Outstanding Sound Mixing and, Outstanding Special Class Program.

Jeff Probst Makes Huge Announcements For Survivor Season 50!

The show is hosted by Jeff Probst, who also happens to be one of the executive producers of the show, he was in attendance at a Survivor event organized recently in Hollywood.

Shortly after the event wrapped up on Saturday night, Jeff took to his Instagram and shared a video from the event where he said that he made a decision 10 seconds ago after seeing the love of fans. Jeff also confirmed that the season 50 will see the return of Players. This got the crowd hyped and fans on social media excited.

Interestingly, a week ago, Jeff gave an interview where he said that the makers of the show don’t have any ideas for the monumental season 50, they are busy in the making of season 47, 48 and 49.

This news will also be a bonus for the seasons leading up to the 50th. For those who are unaware, currently Survivor Season 46 is getting aired on CBS, and it is doing quite well.
