Trying Season 4 “Confirm” Release Date and More!

The delightful comedy on Apple TV Plus, Trying, is back for Season 4 after a nearly two-year hiatus. Once more, six years after our last visit, this endearing program—one of the best comedies on television, in our opinion—will outline the next phase of Nikki and Jason’s journey as adoptive parents.

Apple did indeed confirm that the next chapter takes place after a six-year time jump when they unveiled our first look at the new series.

Although Nikki and Jason have at last created the family they have always desired, they now face a new obstacle: raising teenagers.

Apple hinted that Nikki and Jason would be facing their toughest obstacle to date in the upcoming series: teenagers, when they unveiled the first-look photos recently.

Trying Season 4
Variety

Trying Season 4 takes place six years after the events of the previous season, as was previously mentioned.

Although our favorite couple has been successful in creating the family they have always wanted, raising teenagers is a whole different story now that their two children have grown up.

The entire synopsis is as follows: “In this thrilling new season, we fast-forward six years to find that Jason (Spall) and Nikki (Smith) are seasoned adopters who have created a charming little nuclear family that is enhanced by an amazing support system.

But as their adolescent daughter Princess (Scarlett Rayner) begins to long for a relationship,

Rafe Spall and Esther Smith are back in the driving seat as the main stars, Jason and Nikki. But with the time jump, there’s been a change to the younger cast.

Scarlett Rayner and Cooper Turner are now playing their two adopted children, Princess and Tyler. They’ve replaced Eden Togwell and Mickey McAnulty, who played the two kids in seasons 2 and 3. The new stars can be seen in the two first-look images that Apple has released from the new season.

TryingSeason 4 will arrive on Apple TV Plus on Wednesday, May 22, with a two-episode premiere.
