Is Feud Season 3 Renewed or Not?

Fans have enjoyed Ryan Murphy’s drama series Fued, and after 2 successful seasons, fans are waiting for Season 3 of the series!

Starting in 2017, Feud tells the story of the legendary battle between Hollywood iconic stars Joan Crawford and Bette Davis on the sets of ‘What Ever Happened To Baby Jane?’. With exaggeration dripping in finesse, typical Murphy-style, Feud has captured viewers not with fiction but with the truth.

After two immensely successful seasons – it comes as a surprise that the third season has not been confirmed.

This might just be because the second season is still fresh in our minds – but it is true, the third season is expected to be just as highly successful as its previous ones.

This is because, Ryan Murphy’s TV shows are rarely ones to miss, and ‘Feud’ is an intricate balance between a rigorous story and suspense that keeps viewers on the edge.

What Will the Feud Season 3 Be About?

Feud Season 3
Variety

Feud Season 2 was released on 31st January 2024, and since then there haven’t been any updates regarding Season 3, however, we can assume as per the previous 2 seasons, that the next season might be released next year.

As you know, Feud is an anthology series that revolves around famous dramas of Hollywood stars that take place in showbusiness. The possibilities of a third season are practically infinite as several topics could be taken up easily.  Murphy has revealed a bit of his plan for the future of the series.

In 2017, he explained this plan for the third season but was still pretty vague about what it might be about. Still, we can speculate that in the 2017 report, he had mentioned that he wanted the third season to be a ‘feud’ battle between gay men – but again, this isn’t confirmed and hasn’t been since 2017.

It is, however, a great possibility given that the debut season was about a fight between two women, followed by one between a man and several women in the second season – what’s left is a feud between two gay men. How interesting is that?

However, we don’t have a confirmation about the release of the third season – however, we could certainly expect it to come on FX sometime this year.
