Usher has many times openly talked about the comparisons of him with Timberlake he said he feels like there is no need to compare two artists of the same field. He stated that both of them are no doubt related to the same Industry but they have different styles and personalities as an individual too.

He said they started their career differently and had different creative approaches too. Further, he said jokingly that Timberlake has a better management team to access some opportunities. He said that he understands the perspective as they both belong to the same profession but it is not right to compare their works and dedication.

He said that he feels Motivated not Envious towards Timberlake. He agreed that Timberlake is a strong opponent as a competitor but there is nothing like comparisons between them as he has always tried to give his best and so does Timberlake. He admitted that Timberlake is among those people who motivate him to work even more efficiently.

Usher revealed that he has made many attempts in the past to collaborate with Timberlake anyhow he said that he always wanted to do an album with Timberlake for which he even has reached out to him but because of some circumstances and their scheduling conflicts they do not get the opportunity to align together. 

From all of his points of view, it can be concluded that he doesn’t feel the urge to compare himself with Timberlake and has always shown respect towards each other’s work.
