What Is The Expected Plotline For Ghosts Season 3?

Sam, one of the main characters, notices a strange beam of light coming from the roof of the mansion where they all live. This happened while the Arondekar family, who are the living residents of the mansion, were relaxing in the evening.

Also, there’s a subplot about Sam and Jay needing to relocate an owl so they can renovate the barn into Jay’s new restaurant.
