The Caballero brother-sister duo’s comedy series will make you laugh again as it follows the hopeful story of four best friends entangled in their tumultuous work, family, and sex lives.

“My friends and I took some classes on deconstructing masculinity,” one of the friends says while discussing the change with the others.

The trailer provides an insight into the mundane lives of four friends, Luis, Santi, Pedro, and Raul, who are navigating their midlife crisis by spinning with an unusual perspective and their families’ involvement in the recent accidents.

The official trailer suggests that the upcoming sequel will carry on the prominent patriarchs’ challenges from season one when they realize they are losing control of their lives. Several times, it shows the personal crises that most middle-aged men face, such as sexual troubles or job loss.

One of the main themes is masculinity and marital difficulties as the characters try to maintain their masculine privilege. Alpha Males 2 will have plenty of sexual puns and adventures.

The season critically evaluates each character’s journey, emphasizing the negative consequences of conforming to outdated masculine stereotypes in their private and professional lives.

Alpha Males offers an engaging viewing experience, whether it’s the evolving gender roles or the characters’ personal development.

The cast of Alpha Males includes Gorka Ot.xoa as Santi,  Paula Gallego as Álex, Raquel Guerrero as Esther, María Hervás as Daniela Galván, Fele Martínez as Luis Bravo, Fernando Gil as Pedro Aguilar, Cayetana Cabezas as Blanca, Virginia Rodríguez as Cristina, Raúl Tejón as Raúl Camacho, Kira Miró as Luz, Santi Millán as Patrick, and others.

It has been speculated that the season one actor would return for their respective roles.

The streaming site has announced that the series will premiere on February 9 and consist of ten episodes.
