Queer Eye Season 8 is all set to be released next week and here are the details you need to know about the Netflix Series.

It comes as no surprise that Queer Eye is a reboot of the original Queer Eye For That Straight Guy and it has been a staple on Netflix since the 2018 premiere, leaving questions and curiosity about the next season and what would happen in the next season.

With five experts in various fields, Queer Eye certainly offers more than just a rebooted makeover from the Bravo Original.

For instance, there is experimentation in the form of flavors, fashions, and of course fundamentals all thanks to the different people, cultures, and cities visited by Antoni Porowski, Bobby Berk, Jonathan Van Ness, Karamo Brown, and Tan France (‘The Fab Five’).

On November 13, 2023, Netflix had dropped the amazing news that Queer Eye Season 8 would premiere on January 24, 2024 – and that’s not too far away!

Season 8 8 occurs in New Orleans while S9 will focus on bringing the Fab Five to Las Vegas. In addition to this, the eighth season will be Bobby’s last season as he had mentioned – he also shared that it can get difficult to get the entire cast in one place for an entire season – but what we don’t know is why he’s leaving the series.

Queer Eye Season 8 Cast Members

Shh – it’s a surprise and kept under secrecy about the cast members but we do know that Tan will be hosting the series, in addition to the Fab Five. Since we know that Bobby will be leaving after the 8th season, we can expect a new cast member after that in season 9.

As a show, Queer Eye hasn’t been an effortless choice for renewal given the genre but we are certainly thankful for the subsequent seasons.

For several years, the series has tried to uphold the feel-good series, making it one of the best reality TV shows in the world. It also adds cause to its meaning – offering its voice to several voiceless queers out there.

Queer Eye is an empowering show that celebrates every person, despite their shortcomings. With strong messages, an exciting cast, fabulous locations and aesthetics, and a great following, Netflix would be making a mistake not investing in the series for subsequent seasons as long as people watch it.
