When Is High Card Season 2 Coming? Well, High Card Season 2 is set to come out in January 2024, specifically at 8 pm Japan Standard Time (JST) on AT-X and a few other TV networks in Japan.
The show recently announced this news by revealing two new pictures that showcase brand-new characters appearing in the upcoming season.
What’s surprising is that they also disclosed the names of the cast who will be playing these new characters before the actual release of the sequel. In addition to the news about High Card season 2, there’s something more for fans to look forward to a stage play called “HIGH CARD the STAGE” is scheduled for January 2023.
This information was shared during the Anime NYC 2023 event. Moreover, the opening theme song for the second season will be performed by FIVE NEW OLD, the same group that previously contributed to the show. However, the specific song title for season 2 hasn’t been revealed yet.

When Is High Card Season 2 Coming?
The second season of the show “High Card” will premiere worldwide on Monday, January 8, 2024, at around 3:30 am Pacific Time.
However, fans outside of Japan will receive the episode with English subtitles about thirty minutes later. This new season will only be available for streaming on Crunchyroll, which has exclusive rights to the series.
Crunchyroll has made both the first and second seasons available with subtitles in English, and they also offer the first season with dubbed English voices.
Currently, other popular streaming platforms like Hidive, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video have not yet added “High Card” to their libraries.

What To Expect From High Card Season 2?
In the second season of High Card, the main group will keep searching for the special playing cards they need.
There are 52 cards they’re looking for, but some are still missing. Finn, one of the main characters, will face something really scary from his dreams—a dark knight who caused the tragic loss of his family.
At the same time, Van and his Klondike family will try to mess things up for the High Card group by trying to find and keep the cards for themselves.

High Card is an anime created by Homura Kawamoto, Hikaru Muno, and TMS Entertainment. Directed by Junichi Wada at Studio Hibari, the story follows the Kingdom of Fourlands, a place holding a powerful deck called the 52 X-Playing Cards.
