Doctor Slump is an upcoming rom-com film starring Park Shin Hye and Park Hyung Sik. The series’ main couple has ignited fan anticipation because the two actors will be featured together on television for the first time in ten years since The Heirs. Captivating School-themed Doctor Slump Teaser offers an Adorable Reunion of Park Shin Hye and Park Hyung Sik.

Doctor Slump’s teaser promises a rom-com with a humorous and surprising twist that will make the audience chuckle. It tells the story of two doctors, Yeo Jeong Woo (Park Hyung Sik) and Nam Ha Neul (Park Shin Hye), journeying through the worst stages of their lives.

Former rivals, the story follows them as they come back and finally become each other’s source of light, bringing both laughter and comfort.

The teaser begins with Park Hyung-sik recalling a girl he used to like and loathe simultaneously. During their school days, he and Park Shin-Hye got into tiny fights, as seen in the scenes.

The teaser’s text says, “Spring 2009, I met my worst rival,” Shin-hye describes stumbling into the boy she wanted to grab by the collar again when she was in the thick of the greatest slump of her life.

The teaser concludes with Park Shin-hye & Park Hyung-sik in the present time, stunned and speechless after suddenly stumbling into one another. The teaser ends with the two shrieking in horror as they acknowledge each other.

“Doctor Slump” is set up to captivate the audience by delving into the backstories of the characters & their intertwined fates. As their premiere date approaches, enthusiasm grows for the hilarity and excitement that the amazing duo will deliver to the small screen.

The Cast and Crew of Doctor Slump.

Park Shin Hye plays Nam Ha Neul in “Doctor Slump,” an anesthesiologist suffering from burnout syndrome. She reflects on her life while concentrating entirely on her studies and work, determined to make a positive change.

Meanwhile, Park Hyung Sik plays Yeon Jung Woo, a highly accomplished plastic surgeon experiencing his biggest slump in life.

Despite a history of academic achievement and a bright career, he finds himself caught up in life’s challenges due to a mysterious medical incident.

Yoon Park, for example, will play crucial parts alongside the leading couple. Meanwhile, Jang Hye-jin, Hyun Bong-sik, Jung Ji-soon, and others have joined the Doctor Slump cast.

Doctor Slump is set to premiere on JTBC on January 27, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. KST, with episodes (about 45 minutes) running every Saturday and Sunday.
