The Brothers Sun Official Trailer Released On Netflix!

Glee & American Horror Story co-creators Brad Falchuk and Byron Wu are working on a new dark comedy series called The Brothers Sun. The Brothers Sun, Netflix’s new action comedy series, recently released its first official trailer. The first season is rated TV-MA, which is targeted only for mature, adult audiences.

It may be inappropriate for youngsters under the age of 17. The series is headlined by Academy Award nominee Michelle Yeoh, who demonstrates her vicious gangster abilities in the new trailer.

The trailer begins with Eileen appearing to be at a limitation, being held captive by one of her family’s rivals, who threatens her son.

Despite this, she keeps a firm front — until she realizes that Bruce, not Charles, is the son in question. While the trailer reveals more of the plot, it also demonstrates the blend of drama and comedy, sealed off with an already impressive number of action sequences with many more on the way.

The eight-episode story’s trailer highlights its fish-out-of-water comedy and rapid-fire action. At one point, Yeoh shows that she can be pretty deadly even when relying on everyday items.

The series follows Bruce Sun’s life. His ordinary Californian life is flipped upside down by events he could never have predicted. When an unknown assassin kills the head of a robust Taiwanese triad, the whirlwind accelerates. Charles, his eldest son, travels to Los Angeles to defend his mother, Eileen.

He also has to safeguard his ignorant younger brother, Bruce, who was kept entirely in the dark until then. His peaceful ignorance, however, will no longer be an option as Taipei’s fiercest societies compete for power against a new growing faction.

If any of it, the protective Charles and the oblivious Bruce must band together and figure out what’s actually at stake before it’s too late.

The Cast and Crew of the Series.

Justin Chien plays Charles Sun, a violent gangster who travels to Los Angeles to defend his mother & younger brother when an unknown assassin kills his father.

Michelle Yeoh also appears in the show. She plays Eileen, Charles’ mother, who fled Taiwan to begin a fresh start in California with her youngest child, Bruce. Bruce Sun, Charles’s innocent, more youthful brother, is played by Sam Song Li.
