According to the latest trailer, the series is set in a doomed world because a massive planet will strike Earth in less than seven months.

In the face of approaching extinction, much of humanity has embraced mass hedonism — but not Carol, a middle-aged office worker who feels the same crushing boredom she did before Earth’s destiny was set.

Throughout the series, she will seek purpose in an increasingly chaotic environment by connecting with her parents, friends, and coworkers.

The trailer depicts her going through the city’s nearly abandoned streets, riding a motorbike alongside a pack of stray dogs, and searching out the farthest ends of the planet as everything crumbles around her.

“Carol & The End of the World,” the latest Netflix animated series, is set to captivate fans with its unique blend of science fiction with dramedy. Thanks to an aesthetically intriguing story, this limited series is destined for success.

As the much-awaited release date approaches, anticipation grows for Carol’s dramatic and introspective journey through the world’s final days.
