Blood Coast Netflix Original Release Date, Cast, Plot, and More!

An upcoming action-crime series, ‘Blood Coast’ is created by Kamel Guemra and word on the street is that the directing duties are split and divided amongst Ivan Feygyeres with the responsibility of directing 2 episodes, and Oliver Marchal with the responsibility of directing four episodes.

What Is the Series Blood Coast About?

Story cut short, ‘Blood Coast’ is an exciting and thrilling crime-drama that revolves around a group of police officers who take immense pride in some of their ‘interesting’ and particular methods of tracking down criminals and fighting crime in the city – however, in this particular case of an exceptionally dangerous criminal, these police officers must work out the details on tracking this criminal – if they want to prevent Marseille from plunging into a horrendous bloodbath.

Who Are the Cast Members of the Series?

Jeanne Goursaud plays the role of Alice Vidal, now although we will not share spoilers about the characters, many of you will instantly recognize the star from the German Original series ‘Barbarians’ and from the Netflix Original ‘Dear Child’ – but more importantly, her role as Lena Beck.

Nicholas Duvauchelle plays the role of Frank Murillo – marking the actor’s second Original series for the OTT giant after previously starring in Gone for Good. The actor has also worked in other films like Lost Bullet trilogy, Black Hearts, and Your Honor.

Tewfik Jallab plays the role of Lyes Benamar – making ‘Blood Coast’ the actor’s first Netflix series debut. However, the actor has previously worked in Paradise Beach in the role of Hicham.

Other actors include Moussa Masskri who plays the role of Tarek Hamadi – and Gino Montesinos who is in the talks for the role of the same but we will have to see what happens. Florence Thomassin plays the role of Commissaire Fabiani, and Samir Boitard plays the role of Ali Saidi.

What Is the Episode Count of the Series?

As was briefly mentioned above, the series will include a total of 6 episodes with a division of direction- and each episode will have an approximate run-time of 52 minutes as confirmed by Netflix.
