Jamie Fox is back in the news again, and this time for a bad reason as the 55-year-old actor, singer, and comedian has been accused of s*xual assault. Foxx has been one of the most popular artists in Hollywood for the last 30 years and has established himself as one of the best ever to do it.

Foxx has been a household name since 1996 when he started featuring in the popular sitcom The Jamie Foxx Show which lasted till 2011 and in the meantime, he did several films too.
Fox is popular for his role of Electro in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021) not to mention he has bagged several awards like the Academy Award, BAFTA, Screen Actors Guild Award, and Golden Globes Award for Best Actor.
Besides acting and comedy, Foxx also has an exceptional singing career, his songs have topped the Billboard Hot 100 list twice, he has a single featuring Kanye West, and he has also bagged a Grammy.

Foxx needs no introduction to controversies as he always remains in media attention for some reason on the other, but this time the issue is quite big as he has been accused and sued for s*xually assaulting a lady at a bar in New York back in 2015.
The woman is seeking compensation for the mental and emotional turmoil that she went through, however, a representative of Foxx has completely denied all the allegations. Interestingly the representative also admitted that a similar case was filed by the same woman back in 2020 but it was dismissed right away.
Reportedly the lawsuit also demands compensation from the bar owner as the accuser has claimed that no security intervened or tried to save her.
The news has caught worldwide attention as Foxx is an international star and it will be interesting to see how things will end up.
