The recent release of character posters for Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon: Part 1: Child of Fire triggered quite some excitement.

Sofia Boutella portrays the protagonist Kora in Zack Snyder’s next epic, with Bae Doo-na as Nemesis. Bae Doon-na is on the character poster holding a sword and wearing a maroon bandana wrapped around her head.

According to the character posters, Ray Fisher, well known for his role as Cyborg in the Justice League film trilogy, plays Darrian in the Rebel Moon film franchise.

In addition, Cleopatra Coleman, an Australian actress, plays Devra Bloodaxe, Anthony Hopkins, a well-known veteran actor, plays Jimmy, and Staz Nair plays Tarak.

British actor Charles Matthew Hunnam, popularly known as Charlie Hunnam, plays Kai in this upcoming Netflix film. Ed Skrein (born Edward George Skrein) is an English actor, musician, and director who will play Noble in Rebel Moon. On the other hand, American actor Djimon Hounsou plays the tragic General Titus.

The storyline of Rebel Moon — Part One: A Child of Fire

In the story, troops from a tyrant ruling power invade a peaceful town on the outskirts of space. Kora (Sofia Boutella), an intriguing stranger who lives among the locals, becomes their last hope of survival.

Kora, portrayed by Sofia Boutella, recruits a small group of soldiers from many worlds, including rivals, rebels, peasants, & orphans of war, all driven by a desire for revenge and atonement. Bae Doo-na, a South Korean actress, is one of these great fighters.

Kora gathers these elite fighters, hoping they will join her in an unlikely stand against the Mother World. As the shadow of a whole kingdom descends upon the most unlikely of moons, a war for the future of a galaxy is fought, creating an entirely new set of heroes.

Overall, the first impressions of Zack Snyder’s next movie are exceptional, and the film also promises to present a unique and compelling story set in the expanse of the universe.
