Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom Trailer 2 Teases A Deadly Black Manta

Warner Bros. recently released a new teaser for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom as James Wan’s sequel approaches its theatrical release date. According to the film’s advertising material, Arthur Curry (Jason Momoa) is the King of Atlantis, but he is also the father of a child.

We may also see our cherished hero in a new guise. Khal Curry shared a sneak peek at a new outfit for the next film. Viewers may go back and forth between the flashy, extravagant gold and green armor at the end of Aquaman and the updated, sleeker, darkened stealth outfit.

Aquaman isn’t the only one with an updated look, as James Wan revealed Orm, who looks more like a buff Cast Away than an Ocean Master – toned, tanned, and shockingly on land.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom | Official Trailer 2

The Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom trailer begins with Arthur telling his new kid about the fascinating life that awaits him beneath the water. This Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom teaser shows more of Black Manta’s ascent to power as he seeks vengeance on the King of Atlantis.

The latest Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom trailer is far more action-packed, returning some of the best elements from the original Aquaman film. More fight scenes between Black Manta and Aquaman are included, given that he is the main villain. The Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom teaser frames the plot as “Aquaman’s last stand,” possibly suggesting a different ending for Momoa’s film series.

One of the most important revelations in the new Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom teaser is how David Kane ends up with the Black Trident.

After being introduced in the first film, the villain vowed to return for the King of Atlantis. An ancient artifact known as the Black Trident will help him, with the devices easily rivaling Aquaman’s strength.

Arthur will require Orm’s (Patrick Wilson) assistance to beat the enemy, even though the two got caught in a lethal fight in the previous film.

In the trailer, Black Manta tells someone that he had to make a pact with the devil to get this power gain. While it is unknown who is speaking, a dark spirit is shown telling Black Manta that if he opens him from his cage, “all my powers shall be yours.”
