Elite Season 7 was released on Netflix on 20th October 2023, and as always fans are seeking the Season 8 of the Series. Here are the details you need to know about the Netflix series.
Ahead of the seventh season’s release on October 2023, Netflix has already decided to renew the series for the 8th season – given that it is one of Netflix’s longest-running series in terms of seasons (8 proud seasons, people!), the news of renewal certainly comes as a pleasant surprise.
If you have noticed a rather interesting thing about every season is that – every individual season has a fresh mystery to solve and this is possibly one of the best things about the series. It doesn’t drag last season’s mystery into the next unless it involves a notorious murderer on the loose.
Coming back to the 8th season and the cast members who reprise their roles – there are some changes about the cast, for instance, Omar’s return in S7. It might also interest you to know that the cast members of the series have a close relationship with Omar Ayuso and viewers can’t wait to see just ‘how close’ this relationship is.
Is Elite Season 8 the Final Season?
Although this is speculative, it is unfortunately the truth. On October 18th, Netflix announced the ending of the series with the finale season.

When Can We Expect to See Season 8?
Although an official production schedule is not available currently, the cast and crew have started shooting for S8 on 7th August. So, if we calculate the months – we’re probably looking at 4 months before episodes move to post-production status.
All in all, we can expect the filming to end in December 2023. This means we won’t get to view the series anytime before 2024.
However, this is not confirmed and the production could very well take more than four months.
