Maestro Official Trailer Released By Netflix!

In the first official trailer for Maestro, Bradley Cooper and Carey Mulligan sparkle as Leonard Bernstein and Felicia Montealegre.

A new trailer for Bradley Cooper’s biographical film Maestro, about the life and work of Leonard Bernstein, the very first American conductor who won international acclaim, has been released by Netflix.

It will follow Bernstein’s professional and complicated personal life as he rose through the ranks of the international music scene. Bernstein, the movie’s protagonist, is driven by ambition and will go to any length to achieve his goals while those around him witness the impacts of his success.

Netflix has now released Maestro’s full trailer. The recently released teaser does an excellent job demonstrating how the storytelling will play out on Cooper’s latest project, with flashback sequences indicating a young Berstein in black-and-white footage and more recent events in color. 

Leonard Bernstein and Felicia Montealegre explore the concepts of love, betrayal, and music as a couple in the trailer.

The film delves into Bernstein’s professional career as a conductor but appears to center on his complex relationship with Montealegre. As an older Bernstein, Cooper says at the trailer’s beginning, “If summer doesn’t sing in you, then none sings in you.”

In the trailer, Mulligan completes the thought afterward, showing the young couple from decades ago, saying, “And if none sings in you, then you can’t make music.”

The trailer features Cooper depicting the renowned American conductor and composer, playing music in confined spaces and imposing cathedrals as it moves through the years, changing colors.

The romantic connection between the two leads will be jeopardized when the musician starts exploring his sexuality, raising the question of whether or not he is faithful to his partner during this phase. 

If the latest Maestro trailer is any indication, the biography will have the sweeping Hollywood energy required to take it to such heights. Borrowing from its prolific composer, it naturally lends itself to being a drama with sweeping and emotional scores.

Maestro is a significant step forward in Cooper’s career, and his efforts will be rewarded based on this latest look.

On November 22, the film will be released in select theaters across the United States. The film will then be available for streaming on Netflix on December 20:
