Adele referred to herself as a ‘wife’ during a performance during her Las Vegas residency, prompting fans to re-examine if the diva is married.

Adele spoke with the audience about her partner, Rich Paul, her passion for American football, and her efforts to understand the rules. ‘I’m not the best wife for football,’ she admitted.

This comes just weeks after a TikTok video went viral confirming Adele’s marriage to her partner, sports agent Rich Paul.

A woman in the audience of the star’s show cried, ‘Will you marry me?’ to the Easy On Me singer in the video. ‘You are not permitted to marry me. ‘I’m gay, my love, and my husband is here tonight,’ Adele responded.

‘Can you try?’ said the fan. ‘No, I don’t want to try,’ Adele replied. I agree with Rich. ‘You’re insane; leave me alone.’

Adele apparently met Paul, who is LeBron James’ agent, on the dance floor at a mutual friend’s birthday party and was first seen with him in July 2021 while sitting courtside at an NBA game.

‘He’s absolutely entertaining. Oh, he’s hilarious, he’s hilarious. And extremely astute. He’s quite intelligent, you know. ‘It’s incredible watching him perform what he does,’ Adele said on CBS in 2021 of Paul.

‘It’s only a matter of timing. But it’d be interesting to see how I react to anything that hurts me now that I’m so confident in myself, and I’m not just talking about romance.’

Adele was previously married to Simon Konecki, the CEO of a nonprofit. They began dating in 2011 and had their son, Angelo, in October 2012. Six years later, in 2018, the two married and announced their divorce the following year.

During the promotional tour for her album 30, the duo confirmed their relationship in 2021. They initially appeared together at an NBA basketball game.

Adele and Rich Paul celebrated their one anniversary as a couple on May 11, 2022, with a series of romantic photographs on Instagram. She captioned the photos, “Time files.”

Adele revealed her plans to have more children in August 2023. After one of her Las Vegas gigs, Adele told a pregnant fan, “I really want to be a mum again soon, so I’ve actually been writing a list.” Every time I see a name I like, I note it on my phone.”

Adele has always praised her partner since they began dating and stated, “I am the happiest I have ever been with Paul.”

Adele has previously stirred marriage suspicions with Paul; in September 2022, some of her observant admirers found a book named The Pauls in her home.
