Kim Kardashian informed her followers about her current injury and how she sustained her broken shoulder, promising them that “nothing will keep her down.”

Kim Kardashian recently confessed that she fractured her shoulder. On Monday, August 7th, the Kardashians star posted a video on her Instagram Story of herself working out with her trainer, Melissa Alcantara.

She expressed her gratitude to Melissa, her trainer, for being an inspiration and asking if she could help direct her eating and start her on a beautiful road. She expressed her desire to be like her by saying, “If I were 10% like her, it would be life-changing.”

Though the fit mom of four was not visible in the video, fans heard loud and clear that she is eager to resume her regularly scheduled challenging training routines.

Kim did not reveal how she was hurt, but she has been training with Melissa since 2017 to obtain her notoriously tight figure.

Melissa also discussed how she addressed the process with her renowned client in a 2018 interview. The star, well known for her affiliation with the Kardashians, revealed the injury and a torn tendon on August 7th. She has been avoiding the gym to enable her body to recuperate.

Kardashian documented her comeback to working out on Instagram with her trainer, Melissa Alcantara, who had previously had a similar ailment.

She also said Kim desired more muscle when she started working with Melissa. She wants more strength.

She chose larger hamstrings to highlight the entire leg. She also wants those toned arms and abs. The 42-year-old hasn’t revealed how her shoulder was injured, but she has lately shared photographs of her eldest son Saint West, 7, on a “soccer tour” around the world to see his favorite teams play in Miami and Japan.
