A Day and a Half Official Trailer

Artan enters a pharmacy to abduct his wife, Louise, while Lukas, although a cop, allows the crime to happen since he appears to be Artan’s buddy.

They set out to reach Artan’s daughter, who stays with Louise’s parents while evading the police. The police will be following them as they go to rural Sweden.

The trailer is nice, and the performance appears solid in the peaks shown, providing a promising preview for the film. As Artan takes critical actions to reconcile with his daughter, an exciting and heartbreaking plot is in store. 

The trio must continuously escape the police’s unrelenting pursuit as they move through rural Sweden amid a scorching summer.

The trio gets caught in a complicated maze of feelings, secrets, and unexpected twists. Their every move is fraught with anxiety and suspense as the cops close in, and their escape becomes increasingly difficult.

The characters are forced to face their demons as the plot develops, and the distinction between captor and prisoner is blurred, resulting in dramatic and emotional confrontations. 

According to the official description, “Artan (Alexej Manvelov) kidnaps his ex-wife Louise (Alma Pöysti) to get back together with his daughter and then sets off on a dramatic and emotionally intense road journey with her & police officer Lukas (Fares Fares).

They travel across rural Sweden in the height of the summer while being pursued by the police.
