When Is Behind Your Touch Upcoming K-Drama Releasing?

The upcoming South Korean comedy-drama thriller television series ‘Behind Your Touch’ is set to air on Netflix this August.

The plot of this series revolves around a veterinarian named Bong Ye-bun who possesses psychometric powers and a hot-blooded detective named Moon Jang-yeol.

As they engage themselves in solving minor crime cases together in the small town of Mujin, Chungcheong-do, they also find themselves falling in love with each other.

When Is Behind Your Touch Releasing?

Choi Bo-yoon and Kim Seok-yoon have directed the upcoming K-drama. Lee Nam-gyu, Oh Bo-hyeon, and Kim Da-hee serve as writers for the series. Filming of the series was wrapped up on February 20, 2023.

Netflix released the official trailer of the Behind Your Touch series on YouTube on 10th July this year. It is set to release on August 12, 2023, on JTBC and will release every weekend at 22:30 according to Korean Standard Time.

The series will also be available on Netflix for streaming in selected regions.

The female lead Bong Ye-bun who is a veterinarian possessing psychometric powers will be seen portrayed by South Korean actress Han Ji-min in the upcoming series.

Ji-min’s other primary television credits include the romantic comedy K-drama ‘Great Inheritance’ in which she played Yoo Mi-rae.

The next year she was cast in the main role of Na Yeo-Kyung in the romance comedy historical K-drama ‘Capital Scandal‘.

In the same year, she also portrayed Seong Song-yeon / Seong Ui-bin in the South Korean historical drama ‘Lee San, Wind of the Palace’. In 2009 melodrama action K-drama ‘Cain and Abel’ Ji-min starred in the main role of Oh Young-ji.

As Jung Ji-na she was cast in the romance fantasy K-drama ‘Padam Padam’ as the main character Jung Ji-na in 2011.

The next year we saw her as Park Ha / Hong Bu-young in the South Korean fantasy romantic comedy tv series ‘Rooftop Prince’.

Next in the year of 2015, Ji-min played the lead character Jang Ha-na in the romance comedy K-drama ‘Hyde Jekyll, Me’. As Seo Woo-jin she starred in another romantic fantasy K-drama ‘Familiar Wife’ in 2018.

Next year she was cast in lead roles in two K-dramas which are ‘The Light in Your Eyes’ in which she played Kim Hye-ja and ‘One Spring Night’ in which she played Lee Jung-in. Lastly, in 2022 Ji-min starred as Lee Young-ok in the South Korean tv series ‘Our Blues‘.

As the male lead character Moon Jang-you who is a hot-blooded detective is portrayed by South Korean actor Lee Min-ki in the series.

Previously he was cast in the main role of Nam Bong-ki in the South Korean tv series ‘Love Truly‘ in 2006.

The next year he starred in another lead role Kang Tae-bong in the romantic comedy K-drama ‘Dal-ja’s Spring‘. In 2017 he starred as the main character in another romantic comedy tv series ‘Because This Is My First Life’ in which he played Nam Se-hee.

As Seo Do-Jae, Min-ki starred as a lead cast member in the fantasy melodrama romantic comedy K-drama The Beauty Inside’ in 2018.

Next year he co-starred with Lee Yoo-young in the South Korean thriller tv series ‘The Lies Within’ as the male lead character Jo Tae-Sik.

Then as the main character Han Bi-soo, he was cast in the romantic comedy K-drama ‘Oh My Ladylord’ in 2021.

And lastly, in 2022 he played another main character Yeom Chang-hee in the slice-of-life South Korean tv series ‘My Liberation Notes‘.

His first primary television role is as Woo-joo in the 2017 romance fantasy comedy South Korean tv series ‘The Universe’s Star’. He also played a cameo role in ‘Prime Minister & ‘Arthdal Chronicles‘.
