When Reese Witherspoon and her daughter Ava Phillippe went out on July 23 in Brentwood, California, they were a study in contrasts.

The 47-year-old Legally Blonde actress Reese Witherspoon wore all-white and looked stylish while wearing shorts, a t-shirt, and shoes. She accessorized with a fashionable straw hat, sunglasses, and a turquoise necklace.

Ava, 23, chose a black dress with long sleeves and a very low back in contrast. She donned brown boots and carried a tan, fringed back. Together, they had lunch and bought ice cream while touring Brentwood Country Mart.

Ava’s mother and Reese’s ex-boyfriend Ryan Phillippe have been spending much time together lately. They also attended her brother Deacon’s first concert last week to support him.

There is no denying the similarity between Reese Witherspoon and her child Ava Phillippe. The similarities between the two, who resemble each other more than a mother and daughter, get stranger by the day.

Although Phillippe periodically changes up her style with wild and crazy hair colors, she most resembles her mother when sporting blonde locks.

On July 23, Reese Witherspoon posted many photos on Instagram of herself, her daughter Phillippe, and the current red carpet.

In the first image of the carousel, the actress and her 23-year-old daughter could be seen getting ready for the occasion while wearing matching white hotel robes.

Their beautiful blonde hair was fashioned in beach waves with curtain fringe pushed out to the side, accentuating their piercing blue eyes with a sweep of golden makeup and black eyeliner.

Reese opted for a strapless mint green dress, while Ava matched her white tube top with a pair of wide-leg trousers for another coordinated look on the red carpet.

Reese lacked any jewelry, whereas Ava completed her look with a black fabric necklace around her neck. In their pastel A-line skirts, Phillippe and Witherspoon make “the perfect duo,” especially with their matching beach hair and bronzed faces.

At the Sing 2 premiere in December 2021, the mother-daughter team showed off their profound sense of style.
