The trailer for The Marvels is now available. The film is set to be released in theatres on November 10th.
On Friday, Marvel Studios revealed a trailer for The Marvels, the next film starring Captain Marvel, Ms Marvel, and Monica Rambeau.
Movie trailer has been released, exposing the vengeful scheme of Zawe Ashton’s new MCU villain and detailing how Brie Larson‘s Carol Danvers and her newly recruited team-mates swap places.
Captain Marvel 2 teaser follows the revealing of Ms. Marvel’s post-credits sequence, in which Danvers and Iman Vellani‘s Kamala Khan was body switched, bringing Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) to the mix and detailing how new villain Dar-Benn successfully cursed their powers to interweave.
The MCU has already demonstrated Captain Marvel’s ability to absorb, and official supporting material lists it as one of her unique abilities. Still, The Marvels is the first MCU property to confirm the power expressly.
Rambeau says Dar-Benn ties Danvers, Monica, and Khan’s light-based powers together to limit their capacity to fight back while discussing how Danvers, Monica, and Khan shift places when they utilize their light-based powers.
In the end, that will undoubtedly unify them, making them a more powerful one. Another MCU villain who makes snap decisions.
Dar-Benn gives Captain Marvel an original nickname, naming her “the Annihilator” and detailing her plan for retaliation after Danvers stole everything from her.
She is a fanatic and, presumably, a former disciple of Lee Pace’s Ronan The Accuser, who is still stung by Captain Marvel’s downfall of the Kree army in Captain Marvel.
Captain Marvel 2 also indicates that Dar-Benn will have the second bracelet that coincides with Ms. Marvel’s superpowered bauble, replacing the Power Stone to give her highly comparable powers to Ronan. It’s unknown why her powers are so unlike Ms. Marvel’s.

Kamala Khan, nicknamed Ms. Marvel, by Iman Vellani, will star in this upcoming movie.
Teyonah Parris, who previously appeared in Nia DaCosta’s Candyman, will reprise her role as Monica Rambeau, the now-adult daughter of Carol Danvers’ friend Maria Rambeau.
In the film, Samuel L Jackson will play the core Avengers assembler and former head of SHIELD, Nick Fury. In contrast, The Handmaid’s Tale’s Zawe Ashton will play the gender-flipped enemy Dar-Benn, a Kree warrior, and Parasite’s Park Seo-Joon will appear in an unspecified capacity.
Park might be portraying comic book characters Amadeus Cho, nicknamed Brawn, Prince Yan of Aladna, or Noh-Varr, also known as Marvel Boy, a Kree warrior enhanced with cockroach DNA and nanobots. The prospect of adding another Marvel character to the mix is enticing.
Kamala Khan’s family will reprise their roles from Ms. Marvel, including her mother, Muneeba (Zenobia Shroff), older brother Aamir (Saagar Shaikh), and father, Yusuf (Mohan Kapur).
