‘Cobweb,’ starring Antony Starr and Lizzy Caplan, will be released this summer. To a horror movie enthusiast, new trailers for random studio horror films are being released every day, and few of them immediately stand out if you pause long enough to press the play button.

The plot revolves around the character Peter, played by Woody Norman, who begins to hear a strange thumping sound within the walls of his house. His parents, Lizzy Caplan and Antony Starr regard these peculiar events as Peter’s imagination.

As the trailer indicates, Peter’s parents are hiding a dark secret from him. With the assistance of Miss Devine (Cleopatra Coleman), Peter’s teacher, Peter comes to suspect his parents’ unclear motives. This sets the scene for an exciting reveal of secrets.

The trailer skillfully employs dark and scary imagery to heighten the dread atmosphere. It alludes to a gripping and heartbreaking drama that will undoubtedly have viewers on the edge of their chairs.
