Going with the gender then they are expecting a son together. It can be seen through the recent update on Instagram where they decided to share a video from the family parties.

In this Kourtney Kardashian was seen sitting on the lap of her husband Travis Barker. The husband was behind the set of drums that gave some beating and explosion. The crowd behind the camera was excited and that’s the reason why they decided to scream.
This is going to be the fourth child of Kourtney Kardashian. She is already the mother of three children in which she has two sons and one daughter.
The reality star shares all three children with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. On the other hand, Travis Barker is already a father of three children of which two of his own are named Alabama and Landon. The next is Atiana De La Hoya who is the stepdaughter of the drummer.
