Bridgerton Season 3 aims to immerse us in the love story of Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton.

Bridgerton Season 3 will center on Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton’s new romance, and the creators teased the forthcoming season in Netflix‘s new Tudum event.

The new season will continue where the previous one left off, with Penelope still distraught over Colin’s harsh remarks about her. She has resolved to marry, ideally, one who would give her enough freedom to allow her to maintain her double life as Lady Whistledown.

Penelope and Colin’s romance is suggested in two shared photographs, as they steal looks at one another and even approach near. Penelope sits at a window, pondering something, while Colin stares into the horizon and shows off his new appearance after returning home from a long absence.

Penelope and Colin’s prospective romance has been hinted at early in Bridgertons first season. Penelope and Colin have developed a great bond, and she impatiently awaits the day when Colin views her as more than just a friend.

Towards the close of Season 2, the concept of Penelope as a love interest is planted in Colin’s brain, although in the company of a group of friends.

After hearing Luke Newton talk harshly of her, Nicola Coughlan conceals her genuine love for him. She seizes her freedom to pursue her double life as Lady Whistledown, apart from her mother and sisters.
