Secret Invasion Trailer: Nick Fury Wages War Alone!

With Skrulls on both sides of the fight, Secret Invasion has no bounds. This series sees the return of former S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury, who made a brief cameo in Tony Stark’s (aka Iron Man) burial scene in Avengers: Endgame.

Unfortunately, not everyone in spy thrillers is as trustworthy as they appear, and Marvel’s Secret Invasion will test that reality to its breaking point.

The long-awaited series will follow Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury as he seeks to discover a Skrull plot. The shapeshifting aliens have already wreaked havoc in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the initial antagonists in Captain Marvel.

While they’ve since become valuable allies for Fury, a much darker sect is poised to take over the world — and Fury will need all of his resources to stop them.

The second trailer for Marvel Studios’ miniseries’ Secret Invasion,’ which will be accessible on Disney Hotstar + on June 21st, has been revealed.

Secret Invasion Fight Trailer: Can anybody be relied on?

With less than a month until Marvel Studios’ Secret Invasion, Disney+ has revealed a new trailer for the superhero series.

Except there isn’t a single superhero in sight. Sure, there are supervillains in the new ‘Fight’ trailer, but the only Avenger we see is James Rhodes (Don Cheadle), and he’s not even in his War Machine armor.

Former S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) warns Rhodes that an invasion has come on Earth, referencing the shapeshifting Skrulls seen in Captain Marvel and WandaVision. “And we can’t even tell who the invaders are,” Fury continues.

When Fury’s buddy, Skrull leader Talos (Ben Mendelsohn), captures Skrull rebel Gravik by the collar at an art gallery, he realizes that all the bystanders are Gravik clones in disguise.

In such a circumstance, you’d expect the Avengers would step in. In the trailer, MI6 agent Sonya Falsworth (Olivia Colman) questions Fury about why he hasn’t reached any of his “special friends.”

“This war is one I have to fight — alone,” Fury adds. The trailer also features Gi’ah (Emilia Clarke), Talos’ daughter. “This world is burning, and you lit the match,” she says in the clip.

We also see Martin Freeman as ex-CIA agent Everett K. Ross and Cobie Smulders as former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Maria Hill, both from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Kyle Bradstreet’s miniseries will reveal exciting insights to look forward to in MCU Phase 5. The series also stars Katie Finneran, Martin Freeman, Samuel Adewunmi, Killian Scott, Dermot Mulroney, Christopher McDonald, Cobie Smulders, and Ben Mendelsohn.
