At the end of the episode, Kendall finds out about the deviations in GoJo’s subscriber count, particularly in the Indian Market, and is more determined than ever to get Matsson to back out of the contract to buy Waystar RoyCo.

When Shiv finds out that Matsson has an inaccurate subscriber count, he approaches him and asks for an explanation. Matsson admits that a computation matrix error caused the numbers to be erroneous.

Matsson, on the other hand, explains the circumstances and endeavors to persuade Shiv that the mistake is not a significant one.

Also, Matsson admits that the figures in India are nearly two times higher than they actually are when Shiv puts pressure.

Nonetheless. Matsson is certain that GoJo would be able to fast increase its subscriber base in India by the ensuing quarter and fix the issue.

Shiv, who relied on Matsson to advance her career after Kendall and Roman sidelined her, is greatly shocked by the information.

Kendall and Frank have a private talk towards the end of the episode. He informs Frank of the GoJo subscriber number crisis and warns him that the agreement will shortly fall through.

But Kendall’s main strategy is to go against Matsson and buy GoJo from the dominant Swedish tech company.

Following the disclosure of GoJo’s inaccurate financial results, the stock price of the company will drop precipitously, making it simple for Waystar to acquire GoJo.

Kendall does, however, also believe that acquiring Waystar will aid in his ability to become the new CEO.

The episode ends on an intriguing cliffhanger as a result, with Kendall seemingly preparing to kick his siblings out of their father’s company.
