The director of The Black Panther is looking for a diverse cast of Gillian Anderson And David Duchovny for the reboot of The X-files. There are many films or series that are coming back with new Seasons as well as reboots.

The reboot series or renewal may have the base of the previous one or be inspired by the previous one but has its existence in itself. And that’s the reason why directors and makers of such series try to come up with diverse casting.

The same is the case with a series called The X-Files. The creator of the series that is Chris Carter has revealed a bit of detail related to the reboot of the series and shared details also related to the casting.

He will be one of the important parts of the new direction in the series. Chris Carter revealed to CBC: “I just spoke to a young man, Ryan Coogler, who is going to remount The X-Files with a diverse cast. So, he’s got his work cut out for him because we covered so much territory”.

Coogler, the one who directed Black Panther, Creed, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is also part of this project. His production company has dealt with Disney television related to a 5-year contract.

It was back in 1993 when The X-Files were released. The series ended back in 2002 before returning in 2016. In 2016 these all things were related to two leading actors serving as FBI special agents.
