When will there be The Night Agent Season 2? Let’s find out the details. Shawn Ryan has created the American action thriller tv series ‘The Night Agent which is adapted from the same named novel by Matthew Quirk.

The plot revolves around Peter Sutherland, an FBI Agent, who gets thrown into a huge conspiracy about a mole at the highest levels of the United States government.

As he gets determined to hunt down the traitor in order to save the nation, he also finds himself working with Rose Larkin, a terrorized ex-CEO, to protect her from the people who killed her uncle and aunt.

When Is The Night Agent Season 2 Releasing?

The series was first revealed to be set to be produced by Sony Pictures Television on December 24, 2020. Next year on the 21st of July Netflix acquired the rights to the series.

The cast members were announced from November 22, 2021, to February 24, 2023. Netflix released an official trailer of the series on YouTube on 9th March 2023.

It was released on March 23, 2023, on Netflix and gained generally favorable reviews.

Gabriel Basso-

In the role of FBI agent Peter Sutherland, we have seen American actor Gabriel Basso in the series. Previously he starred as Adam Jamison in Showtime’s dramedy ‘The Big C’ from 2010 to 2013.

Luciane Buchanan-

As the niece of two Night Action Agents Rose Larkin, we have found New Zealand filmmaker and actress Luciane Buchanan in the series.

In the New Zealand crime drama series ‘The Blue Rose’ she was cast as the recurring character Aroha Nash in 2013.

From 2016 to 2017 she starred in the main role of Kennedy Truebridge in the comedy-drama series ‘Filthy Rich’.

As another main character Tripitaka, Buchanan was cast in the television series ‘The New Legends of Monkey’ from 2018 to 2020.

Fola Evans-Akingbola-

Ambitious U.S. Secret Service agent Chelsea Arrington has been portrayed by British-Nigerian actress Fola Evans-Akingbola in the series. She played Maddie Bishop in the American fantasy tv series ‘Siren’ from 2018 to 2020.

As Zoe Spencer, she was cast in 2022 in the British comedy series ‘Ten Percent’ adapted from the French series called ‘Call My Agent’.

Sarah Desjardins-

Vice President’s daughter Maddie Redfield has been portrayed by Canadian actress Sarah Desjardins in the series. She played Whitney Burrows in the American five-part mystery tv miniseries ‘Clue’ in 2011.

As Catherine, she served as a recurring cast member in the first season of the fantasy horror drama series ‘Van Helsing’ in 2016.

From 2016 to 2017 Desjardins played the recurring character Maddy McAlister in the third, fourth, and sixth parts of the tv series ‘Project Mc2’. She is also seen as recurring characters Donna Sweett and Callie in the fourth season of ‘Riverdale’ and ‘Yellowjackets‘ respectively.
