The Hero Association was dealing with the tremors that were happening all around A-city as One Punch Man chapter 182, titled Unascertained, began.
Forte, who was currently hospitalized, made the decision to take action in the case that monsters were the source of the tremors as they grew increasingly severe.
Upon opening the window, he witnessed Saitama slamming into the hospital building. Saitama inquired about Forte’s wounds and suggested that he rest in bed before taking off.
When the Blizzard team arrived at the scene of the battle, they were astounded at the degree of destruction Tatsumaki’s unleashing her powers had caused. One of the group members then saw something startling when they looked inside their watch.

By the end of chapter 182, Tatsumaki made several attempts to question Blast for some clarification; however, Blast was nowhere to be found.
He urged Tatsumaki to lead a life befitting her, but if she felt the need to go on the wrong side of the law, she was instructed to take care not to damage anyone’s property.
When Fubuki arrived, he gave her a head pat and left. The Blizzard group had been dispersed by Fubuki after hearing Tatsumaki’s advice, but they had nevertheless followed her to Tatsumaki’s location.
When Tatsumaki was going to strike her once more, Fubuki stepped in to defend her. Saitama then asked Tatsumaki to allow the Blizzard group to stay with Fubuki.
