In the first season, Dragon Ball Super, one had seen a tournament organized by Omni King Zeno. After fighting the Tournament of Power, all Z fighters have returned to Earth.

It’s somewhere led to the assumption of following the next arc for the upcoming season, based upon a manga called Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga.

Because of the same reason, it can become confusing for fans as events would be the predecessor of the 2018 released movie called Dragon Ball Super: Broly, thus making it different in chronological order.

With Broly, Moro, the new villain entered the world of Dragon Ball. Being a powerful wizard, it was not hard for Moro to break the Galactic patrol prison after the magic of the seal was broken.

Thus, making Goku the ultimate warrior for this mission. It resulted in lots of battle scenes between the two leading while pushing all the limits beyond imagination.

Going further with the expectations of Granolah the Survivor Arc, the characters would be seen against each other which one needs for some remarkable moments, including the transformation of Vegeta.

Characters like Broly and Cell Max might be introduced with older characters that might have expectations of surpassing Goku, the lead.

All in all, the starvation among fans related to Dragon Ball Super season 2 is not fulfilled. However, Toei Animation can make an announcement anytime soon if things will work as per schedules.
