Superman & Lois are pretty soon flying back again to your television screens with an upcoming season 3. There’s something special about this season. It’ll be a debut season for the most popular of DC Comics’ World of Superman, Lex Luthor.

The Walking Dead star, Michael Cudlitz is going to portray the character of Lex Luthor. And looks like the vampire series actor is going to be stealing the role from none other than Jom Cryer. He plays Lex Luthor in Arrowverse. Although, Superman and Lois are not a part of it now.

Fans of Superman and Lois are predicting that the separation from Arrowverse will be beneficial. As it can give the series much more potential and story building other than the Arrowverse ending. And we also hope that this turns out to be a good thing for Superman and Lois.

Superman & Lois Season 3 is going to premiere in the United States on The CW. The timing for the same will be 8 pm on Tuesday 14th March 2023.

Talking about the United Kingdom, the series is going to premiere once again on BBC1 and also iPlayer. It might take a long time for the third season to premiere in the UK.

This is because season 2 came after a full 6-month gap. It feels like a bummer to the fans of Superman and Lois residing in the UK.

Sources tell us that DC is going to follow the same schedule in the UK. The fans might expect the release of season 3 in late summer 2023.

Looks like the episodes of Superman and Lois season 3 will be released at an interval of 1 week. As with other OTT giants, DC might be doing it to increase the excitement for the series.

Here’s the official description of episodes 1 and 2 of Superman and Lois season 3 as released by DC.

The title of episode 1 is “Closer” and it is described as follows, “An undercover assignment reveals a deadly foe that promises to change the Kent family forever; John Henry is haunted by his doppelgänger’s past; Sarah explores what the future holds for her and Jordan; General Samuel Lane reclaims his post.” Episode 1 will be released on 14th March 2023.

Episode 2 will be called “Uncontrollable Forces” and its description goes, “Clark and Chrissy notice a small crack in Lois’ game face; Sarah and Jordan have an awkward encounter; Lana receives a panicked phone call.” Episode 2 will be released on 21st March 2023.
