So, recently Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar was released on Holi, the film had lots of hype behind it as top actors of Bollywood were in the lead.
Besides that famous comedian, Anubhav Singh Bassi was also part of the film, it is also the acting debut film for producer Bonney Kapoor and not to mention it was also the return of fan-favorite actress Shraddha Kapoor after two years of gap in Bollywood.

So, Alia took to her Instagram and dropped a cute selfie of herself showing her dimples with some really positive comments about the film in the caption.
Talking about the film, it fetched a good Rs 15.73 crore on its opening day which was on the occasion of Holi, it brought up 10 crores respectively on Thursday and Friday and a good over 16 crore on Saturday, it has already crossed 50 crore mark and it might end up near 75 crores by the end of the weekend.
Reportedly, the Luv Ranjan directorial film has been made with a budget of over 75 crores, so anything less than a 100 crore mark means the movie would fail at the box office.
But let’s hope that the lady luck would work for Ranbir after Alia’s appreciation post and considering her huge fan base on social media, a huge chunk of fans would definitely give the watch the film.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and the movie will hit the theaters in July.
